Exercise In Non-Peak Hours 
Finally, the third thing that you should aim to do if you plan to move your Chino hills boot camp sessions outside is plan to exercise in non-peak hours when the sun is at its brightest and right over your head. 
It’s at these points when you’re going to be more at risk for dehydration and heat stroke, so stay indoors where it’s cooler. 
Exercising in the early morning or later in the evening will be far better bests rather than right in the middle of the afternoon when the sun is in full swing.
